The Sellers Protection Plan is a revolutionary insurance plan that provides the seller with a risk free way of advertising their vehicle. If you have purchased this plan, simply fill out the refund registration and request form below and your advertising fees are reimbursed if your vehicle has not sold in the 90 day advertising period.
90-Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and conditions.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Sellers who purchase the Sellers Protection Plan are eligible for the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee"). Listings that meet all of the following described Eligibility/Limitations and Refund Process terms and conditions are eligible for a refund of the price of the advertisement fee.
Eligibility and 90-Day Guarantee Limitations
Eligibility/Limitations. To be eligible for this promotion, each of the following conditions must be met:
You must have accepted and purchased the Sellers Protection Plan. The Guarantee only applies to the "Advertising Fee" and does not apply to any other listings that are purchased from Auto Seller Network.
The Auto Seller Network listing must be active on the www.autosellernetwork.com website for 90 consecutive calendar days without interruption following the initial start date of the listing.
The advertised vehicle must still be for sale, and unsold, as of the date the Refund Request is submitted and the vehicle's title must be in the original Seller's name or in the name of a lien holder on the Seller's behalf. Listings for vehicles that have been sold (as a result of the listing or any other online or offline source) or traded in, or for vehicles that are otherwise no longer available for sale, are not eligible. At the request of Auto Seller Network, you may be required to provide written proof that you still own title to your vehicle from your state or provincial department of motor vehicles.
The advertised vehicle as originally listed must be competitively priced, consistent with the vehicle's quality, comparable vehicles of the same condition, manufacture, similar year, make and model, and overall market conditions, in order to qualify for the Sellers Protection Plan 90-Day Guarantee.
The Seller must have uploaded 1 picture at minimum within 14 calendar days of the listing date to qualify for the Sellers Protection Plan 90-Day Guarantee.
The Sellers Protection Plan must be purchased by an Individual Seller. Wholesalers and Dealers do not qualify for this promotion.
Refund Process. Individual Sellers who meet the Guarantee Eligibility/Limitation requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed.
In order to qualify for the Guarantee, you must send a Refund Registration form via certified postal mail postmarked within seven calendar days of placing the advertisement with Auto Seller Network. Refund Registrations can be mailed to your national service office. No Refund Registrations will be accepted via email, fax, phone, or in person. The Refund Registration form is located at the bottom of this page.
Those who have submitted a Refund Registration may subsequently submit a Refund Request. Refund Requests must be sent via certified postal mail within seven calendar days following the 90-day Guarantee period. Refund Requests can be mailed to Auto Seller Network national service center. Requests will not be accepted via email, fax, phone, or in person. The Refund Request form is located at the bottom of this page.
Seller must provide a notarized copy of the Refund Request form, a statement of fact indicating that your vehicle is still in your possession, has not been sold or traded, and is currently for sale, and a copy of the title, dated within the refund request period. If title is not available, seller must provide an official, mailed document from lien/title holder stating that the title of the vehicle remains in the original Seller's name from time of ad placement.
Auto Seller Network, in its sole discretion, determine whether all requirements for the Guarantee have been met and may terminate, modify or request further information regarding vehicle status on a prospective basis at any time. The act of submitting a refund request does not ensure that a refund will be issued. Auto Seller Network reserves the right to alter, change, or terminate the 90-Day Guarantee Plan at any time.
